The food here is fine, nothing wrong with it and it is the only reason I came here as many times as I did. The service and atmosphere was horrible each of the 3 times I went, and if I had the ability to give 0 stars I would. The first time we went it was later into the night and we had decided to get ice cream. There were 2 people we could see working, and when one of them came to the counter and looked at us, we tried ordering ice cream. He gave no indication that he heard us, and just kind of looked at us and walked away, we ended up leaving empty handed and going somewhere else.
The second time we showed up, my daughter went and grabbed 5 pints of ice cream and brought it to the cashier, who just looked at her and then at the ice cream and asked "Why?" While the cashier was ringing her up, my father and I ordered ice cream from another worker, who wasn't the kindest about us trying to order it. When my father asked if they had spoons, the worker kind of looked at him and said no, and then said "of course we do this is an ice cream shop." and gave him it.
The third time, it was my wife and daughter who went and ordered pizzas. The first lady they spoke to was really kind and helpful. When they came back 15 minutes later to get the pizzas, the first girl was busy and someone else was seemingly available. She walked in front of my daughter and looked at her and so my daughter said "Excuse me, I ordered 4 pizzas, 2 pepperoni and 2 cheese" The lady stood there for a second before walking away. She ended up going to the cash register and helping a few people in line out for a few minutes. She then walked back to where my daughter was waiting and glanced at her, which made my daughter assume that she was available now. She said "Sorry, I ordered 4 pizza's under the name Cassie, I think they're over there" and she gestured over to the place where a bunch of ordered were stacked. The lady looked at her, and then talked to a customer that she apparently wasn't done helping, finished helping them and then looked back at her. She tried to tell her again about the pizza's before the lady stopped her and said "Hello! How may I help you?" She said this 3 times with my daughter trying to talk about the pizza's before my daughter gave up and responded with "Hello!" the lady then lectured her about how she can't just give her the pizza and how she was rude and needed to not bother her while she was working and after my daughter apologized, went through the process of giving her the pizza. She handed my daughter the pizza and said "Enjoy your pizza, Cassie!" and smiled.
My daughter understands she was a bit insistent, but all the lady had to do was take half a second to hold her hand up to tell her to hold on, and my daughter would have happily waited. The food is great, but the staff are...

Read moreI had the pleasure of savoring a culinary masterpiece crafted by Chefs Narendra, Bipin, and Kishore, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The Jalapeno Bites were a thrilling start, crispy and packed with flavor. Chef Narendra's Almond Kebab was tender, with a delightful almond crust. Chef Bipin's Paneer Lababdar was creamy and divine, while Chef Kishore's Mix Vegetable Curry was a harmonious blend of vegetables and spices. To top it off, the Chilli Garlic Naan was a perfect side, soft with a spicy kick.
