Caffe Meeting Point — Restaurant in City of Sarajevo

After a huge trip around Sarajevo we wanted to have a sit and drink some beer in this place. I had only €, but the barman said I can pay in €. I asked him to have a beer in normal glasses (which was fully around the bar), not in plastic cups. He answered "they don't have water", put it in plastic. Then another one guy, who I gave the €, gave me to small change and explained it as a "comission". After my tries to get the right amount of money, one of them gave me some more change, but also not a correct sum. They were both very proud of themselves, had smile od their faces and had much fun by saying it. It is unbelievable for me to do such things. We have paid in € all evening, nobody took any "comission", all stuff in restaurants and bars were friendly. Bosnia is technically bicurrency country (1 € = 2 bosnian marks, it simple, everybody knows it). Of course we didn't get any bill - cash register was on bar, but I guess it's a form of decoration. Firstly, the service provided by our waiter was less than satisfactory. It was hard not to notice that the waiter had a receding hairline, but I believe physical appearance shouldn't affect the quality of service. However, what truly bothered me was when I ended up paying for my friends' orange juice and coke, while my coffee was not included in the bill. It seemed like a blatant attempt to scam us out of our hard-earned money.

To make matters worse, my friends also ended up paying for their own drinks and mine, unaware that I had already covered the cost. This entire situation left us feeling taken advantage of and deceived, and it significantly impacted our overall enjoyment...

Ukusna a najjeftinija kafa u gradu, tople preporuke za veliki macchiato koji kosta samo 2.50KM. Dugo nisam bila ovdje i evo večeras mi je bilo baš lijepo, ugodno društvo i mjesto.:) Plus, imaju mačka Okija koji je velika maza,stoga evo jedan video.🥹

A delicious and also the cheapest coffee as far as I know in the city. A warm recommendation for a big macchiato which costs only 2.50BAM!

I haven't been here in a long time and tonight was really nice, not only being in a good company but also at a nice place. :)
