Hotel Old Town — Hotel in City of Sarajevo

From our arrival late evening where we were warmly greeted by Anes to our departure where Adnan kindly carried my bags to the waiting taxi, we could not have wished for better service. Zajda was always there to answer any questions we had always with a beautiful warm smile. Adnan was happy to call restaurants on our behalf as the more popular restaurants require a reservation. The website doesn't do the hotel justice. We found it to be super comfortable with good sized rooms, immaculate contemporary style. Large bathrooms with great powerful warm shower. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was very varied so plenty of choice with hot dishes too. The staff here in particular Adnan Zajda and Anes are a great asset so professional but service is delivered with such warmth, faultless. The cost of a stay is so very competitive when you compare with the rest of Europe. They could charge mych more and you would still have good value. The hospitality at this hotel is amazing and very thoughtful. The staff are friendly, really nice, and Adnan particularly was great. It's in a prime location, plus it has free street parking (with video surveillance) just around the corner. The rooms are very clean, not very big - we probably would have struggled if we had large luggage but it was more than sufficient size with hand and cabin luggage. I had enquired about the possibility of GF and dairy free breakfast options (e.g., eggs, potatoes, veg) and they were so accommodating. Eggs are provided anyway (cooked to your preference), so are grilled veg and fresh salad amongst other non GF/vegetarian options, but I was even provided with GF bread that I did not expect. I really enjoyed my stay at Old town hotel! So much so, I felt compelled to leave a review straight away. The service was impeccable, workers were so friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. |Our room was absolutely spotless, they gave slippers, but I could comfortably walk without them as the floor was extremely clean. |They had soft, clean towels and their bedding was comfortable too! I was pleasantly surprised to see that their shower pressure was very powerful, thoroughly enjoyed having a shower here. |Also, the breakfast was great, everything had a homemade feel and the selection was high on quality rather than quantity. |I can’t recommend this hotel enough.
