Thai Paraty Santa Rita — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Angra dos Reis

I have eaten Thai curries on many occasions, this was by far the worst. Both the red and green curries were overly salty, to the point of being inedible. Upon returning the plates, the chef simply added hot water to dilute the curry but didn't think to mix the curry fully. What resulted was a watery soup on top, and a salty curry below. Disappointing for a $170 bill!

This is a shame because the restaurant was well decorated and the staff friendly and helpful. Owners, this has been brought up in comments before, please rethink...

Excellent food! The servers are caring and have the best suggestions! We went with my vegetarian gf and me whom I eat meat. She was able to suggest the best dishes for us.

We wanted some extra spice on our dishes and she came back with 3 different spicy home made sauces, the garlic and ginger one was AWESOME, be sure to ask for it if you like spice.

About that, if you're into some heat, ask them to make the dishes strong spicy, the medium spicy is not...

Unauthentic Thai food.

They have a weird rule about not mixing two animal products in one dish, so this means no egg in your Pad Thai!.. etc etc...

But they served a mixed seafood soup? So I'm not really sure what all the virtue signalling was about...

We asked for the best things on the menu and I didn't enjoy any of it.

Maybe if they branded themselves in a different way, I might have enjoyed it, but if you're craving Thai food, this won't...
