Vila D’Este is truly a spectacular hotel - amazing views, food and ambience, but the best thing about this oasis is the reception team! Gabriel has been an absolute superstar - every single day he made sure we had a plan, booked everything for us and gave us some stellar recommendations! Any minor issues we had, he made sure they were fixed and that we had an amazing time. He is one of the best examples of hospitality professional I have met in my travels! Wir hatten einen wirklich traumhaften Aufenthalt im Hotel Vila d’este in Búzios. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und durch die verschiedenen Bereiche des Hotels geführt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön möchten wir an Luan und Jorge richten, die uns mit ihrem ausgezeichneten Service von Anfang an das Gefühl gaben, willkommen zu sein. Bereits der Eingangsbereich beeindruckte uns mit seinem stilvollen Design, das nur noch von dem atemberaubenden Panoramablick auf die Bucht von Búzios von der Terrasse übertroffen wurde. Auch unsere Villa war wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und ließ keinerlei Wünsche offen. An der Bar wurden wir stets aufmerksam und zuvorkommend bedient. Im hauseigenen Restaurant „Alto“ erlebten wir kulinarische Highlights auf höchstem Niveau ein großes Kompliment an das gesamte Team! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Nicolas, der mit seinem hervorragenden Service unseren Aufenthalt noch unvergesslicher machte. Für uns steht fest: Das Hotel Vila d’este ist eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und freuen uns schon jetzt darauf, bald wiederzukommen.

Tivemos uma estadia verdadeiramente maravilhosa no Hotel Vila d’este em Búzios. Já na nossa chegada fomos recebidos com muita cordialidade e conduzidos pelos diferentes ambientes do hotel. Um agradecimento especial vai para Luan e Jorge, que com seu excelente atendimento nos fizeram sentir bem-vindos desde o primeiro momento. A área de entrada já nos impressionou com seu design elegante, que foi superado apenas pela vista panorâmica deslumbrante da baía de Búzios a partir do terraço. What a fantastic dining experience. Food was great - my wife and I had the salmon and catch of the day mains, and the caramel cinnamon brioche dessert.

Our waiter, Alejandro was top notch. Great conversation and his English was very good. He was attentive to my nut allergy and made some great recommendations for drinks and the dessert.

Hands down the best meal we've had during our time in Argentina and Brazil over the past 10 days.
