Stopped for a quick coffee. Only two other people there. Once we got past the ridiculous and unnecessarily long-winded electronic ordering we sat down and waited for a cappucino italiano, chai latte and a slice of cake.

And we waited some more.

And we waited some more.

And we waited some more.

After 15 minutes waiting, and bearing in mind there was no one else in the cafe at that point, and three staff working, we decided to find out what was going on. I thought the electronic ordering was supposed to speed the ordering process up. The main benefit seems to be to allow the staff to put their feet up for a bit.

Eventually our coffee and cake turned up. No apology from the staff member - in fact the staff member didn't say anything at all.

The cappuccino was not great - for some reason it came sprinkled with ground coffee which was pretty unpleasant and was definitely not a 'cappucino italiano'. The chai was sprinkled with raw spices - again this made it taste very strong but once the spices were scooped off it was OK.

Our experience was to wait 20 minutes for very average coffee and totally indifferent staff. Maybe they should read some of the books about coffee they leave out on the tables.

Estive no local essa semana e o Atendimento aqui ( como ja é conhecido e falado em todo o Shopping é extremamente ruim) Os dois cafés que pedi vieram frios, havia um pedaço do que parecia plástico dentro da minha sopa também!! Pedi para falar com o responsável um Rapaz chamado Guilherme que foi bem Mal educado comigo e com minha amiga. Vi que a gerente estava no local sentada muma das mesas e pedi se podia falar com ela e ele me respondeu que ela estava ocupada demais… Enfim… e para acabar o tal Guilherme depois de somente trocar a sopa e tivermos que tomar o cafe frio.. veio com cantadas para cima da gente chegando a nos chamar de Gatonas e pedindo numero de telefone! Um horror esse lugar! Nao gastem seu...

Estive duas vezes no café cultura do pátio batel… as duas vezes tivemos dor de cabeça. A pior aconteceu ontem, 11/02, onde eu, meu esposo e minha sogra pedimos um café, um chai latte e um cappuccino e três fatias de bolo. Éramos os ÚNICOS no lugar. Depois de 30 minutos aguardando, um garçom veio na nossa mesa e pediu o comprovante do pedido, por que segundo eles, estavam sem sistema. Entregamos o papel, mas já estranhando pq estava demorando tanto preparar 3 bebidas e trazer o bolo que já estava pronto…. Demorou mais 15 minutos e as bebidas vieram…….. ERRADAS. Sério, foi o cúmulo. Pedimos nosso dinheiro e volta e fomos embora: a primeira vez já tinha sido péssima e a segunda vez foi para sacramentar.,...
