Last night, I had the pleasure of dining at Coco Bambu, and it was truly a spectacular experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the joyous ambiance of a wedding celebration taking place upstairs. The restaurant was bustling with activity, yet managed to maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere. As for the food, it surpassed my expectations. The menu offered a variety of dishes perfect for sharing, allowing us to indulge in a culinary adventure with friends. What truly stood out was the reasonable pricing of the dishes. Despite the high quality of the venue, the prices were surprisingly affordable, making it an excellent value for the dining experience offered. Although there were some language barriers with the staff, they were attentive and accommodating, and we managed to communicate effectively with the help of Google Translate. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant dining experience did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend paying a visit to this gem of a restaurant.

One of the highest quality restaurants I have ever been to. The place is quite big, with 2 floors in the mall, and you cannot get a table easily even on weekdays. Of course, this is not for nothing. The staff is great and welcoming, they have someone who speaks English so there is no problem with that. The atmosphere is great! Nice ambient music and a bit dim lighting that gives a warm tone to the place. And the food, great food! The only problem we had was bacon. We do not eat pork (we made it clear from the beginning) but it seemed that the chef does not consider bacon a pork. That was a bummer as one of the dishes was left untouched. In general, it was a wonderful experience and a great dinner.

I had a rather frustrating experience at Coco Bambu in Curitiba. The service was well below expectations: although the waiters were all around, it took a long time for them to notice our requests. We had to call multiple times just to place our order and to receive our food. On top of that, we ordered a Black Angus picanha cooked medium, but it arrived rare. When we asked for it to be corrected, it came back overcooked to the point of being tough and almost inedible. Given the price we paid, the quality was far from acceptable. When we brought the issue to their attention, they said they couldn’t do anything about the food but offered us a dessert as compensation. However, when I went to pay the bill, the dessert had been added as a service charge. Overall, I cannot recommend this place.

Frankly, the food was pretty lackluster for the price tag and the style of the restaurant. The "Camarão Itacaré" was nothing more than 18 shrimps (for 2 persons), rice, tomato sauce, a thin layer of some tasteless cheese and 40% of the volume of the plate filled with cheap grease potato chips. Another unpleasant detail was the Guaraná Antarctica bottle covered with rust and dirt. This restaurant really need to double-check their sanitary conditions, because really it looks appalling. The place looks pretty nice and the waiters were pretty efficient. That's why I put one extra star. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend to anyone due the disappointing food and bad conditions of the soft drink bottles.

A comida é ótima, porções generosas. Quem nos atendeu foi o ****, muito educado e simpático. Mais de um ano depois volto aqui para dizer que a comida continua ótima, assim como o ambiente, mas o serviço teve alguns inconvenientes que achei bastante desagradáveis. Não sei como funciona o pagamento dos garçons, mas com certeza tem relação com as avaliações recebidas no Google. Depois que minha família terminou o jantar, o garçom apareceu com cartões com QR code para que todo mundo fizesse uma avaliação no Google onde devia constar inclusive o nome dele, mas ele não sugeriu apenas que fizéssemos a avaliação, praticamente nos obrigou a isso, chegando ao ponto de pegar o celular da minha mãe para que ele mesmo fizesse, já que ela não conseguia. Olha, isso foi desagradável de muitas formas e sugiro ao gerente que não mais utilize as avaliações do Google para remuneração dos garçons, pois se soubesse que teria essa situação delicada não teria levado meus pais la, foi constrangedor e desnecessário. Não vou constar o nome do garçom aqui pq considero que o maior responsável por isso foi o sistema adotado pelo restaurante.
