This is a charming and intimate restaurant. The background music is the perfect volume and good sexy vibes. The lighting is just right to set the mood. Perfect for a date spot.

The service is very attentive and good. We had a few custom requests, such as sliced strawberries and additional fruit syrup to add to the champagne 🥂🍾. And they provided it! They were always on point and my champagne glass 🥂 was always topped off at just the right time.

All of the food was delicious. We tried several dishes and we loved everything. The flavors were 🤤. I have to comment on the shrimp caesar salad. I grew up on an island eating seafood, and that shrimp was perfect! It's a remarkable appetizer.

We walked in after 10:00 p.m. with no reservations, and were able to get a table on a Thursday night and were stayed promptly. However, this seems like the kind of place that is probably full often, and a reservation is a good recommendation. As I mentioned, it's a small restaurant, so seating is limited.

I’m a world traveler and I’ve had a lot of amazing meals…. But this was in my top 10. This small restaurant & cafe is my new favorite spot and probably the best food on the entire island and maybe all of Brazil. The food- perfection. Cooked well, seasoned well, full of flavor, good portions, and GREAT value. 5 star experience for affordable prices. I had the 3 course lunch (the menu is varied every day!) and I will most definitely be back. The starter salad, paella (authentic tastes from Barcelona) and dessert were AMAZING. On a Thursday night i walked in to get a table. Came a long way from barra da lagoa and apparently they were packed. Waitress couldn’t give a firm answer as of when i can get a table and how long the wait would be. Went out and came back to get a take out and and they came and said our steaks are not available. After checking their menu for about 20 minutes in waiting area another bar tender comes and tells me we don’t have away food in Portuguese. I couldn’t confirm as my Portuguese isn’t that great.
