Very good gourmet burger with a fair price. It’s juicy and well served, the fries are delicious. It’s not only pet friendly, but they also have a wall board where there are options of dogs for adoption. The staff is not really well trained, I made questions and the lady didn’t know the answer (about substitutions and replacement). Nice industrial decoration that is not well maintained. The "cheddar" like cheese, big bummer.

If you don't have cheddar, just say cheddar like cheese. That's simple.

Service was awful.

We ordered tea that simply wasn't ready but the time the burgers were there for us.

Who takes more time with burgers than making tea????

The cashier's had to alert the team that we didn't get our drinks and only then they started preparing then.

Uma das grandes frustrações. Primeiramente a batata é uma das piores que já comi, demoraram pra entregar (me entregaram depois de eu terminar o meu sanduíche), achei que viria quente e veio fria e murcha, o cheddar estava TALHADO e o bacon era uma farofinha que não tinha gosto de nada, além disso cobrar 15 reais é uma vergonha, primeira vezes que não consegui comer tudo e olha que já comi muita coisa ruim por ai. O hambúrguer em sí não tinha tanto gosto, achei salgado demais, ponto estava ok mas não me perguntaram qual ponto eu queria, o pão australiano era pequeno (muito doce, também não gosto) e não suporta a quantidade de líquido do sanduíche, fica uma lambança. O cheddar é aquele pastoso que vaza por todos os lados e não tem gosto de nada, tem que ser aqueles de corte. Agora a uma das grandes sacanagens é colocar refrigerante de máquina, isso é vergonhoso, a não ser que queiram comparar com mc donalds e burguer king. Ambiente é ok. No geral...
