I ordered salmon for my lunch and I had to send it back twice as it wasn’t cooked properly, it was grilled but inside it was frozen. I told the waiter and he sent it to the kitchen, same plate came back and same problem again. The waiter never apologised and he wasn’t happy when I complained first time so I gave up after second time it came undercooked. When I asked for the bill they charged me full price including the service. I mentioned to the waiter I was going to pay for the food but not for the service. We visited today on the 7th Jan at about 18:30pm The service was actually really good but unfortunately it came with possible food poisoning. My partner was eating it and it was okay round the edges to the most part, however as she got to the centre you can see this is clearly still raw. In the middle it was cold. Just hoping no food illnesses occur and we can enjoy the rest of our holiday. Great location. Good atmosphere. Good food. Great drinks. Hostess did a great job, but the rest of the service was so-so. A bit slow, and not very attentive. Had a table full of dirty plates and empty glasses and was not cleared (even when ordering another round of drinks) Drinks very tasty, good combinations, and very well presented.
