Clássico de Copa — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata do Rio de Janeiro

We found this place walking around through the streets of Rio after we were done with one tour so we were pretty hungry I can say.

The place calls your attention with its color, placed right at the corner from the street it looks like a chill and oldtime place to grab a bite, so we decided to sit on one of the table from outside.

Once there, the waiter came out and handed us the menus, no more than a few seconds after a second waiter comes and ask for the orders of drinks, as we were just checking the menu we ask for some extra time.

The place wasn't at maximum capacity and you could see plenty of waiters coming and going, getting new people in their sits or taking their orders yet no one came back to our table.

After a couple of minutes passed by and several times of letting them know we want to order, the person who sit us in our table comes and ask if we haven't order yet which of course we reply that we haven't and he just leaves and doesn't come back or send someone to us. At this time is when I look around and start to think on going somewhere else and tell my fiance to wait in case the waiter finally comes, there were a few places around almost all of them full but I found a small table outside this other restaurant in front of the one we were sitted at named Boteco Belmonte.

Once I sit I waved at her to come to me and what happens was almost unbelievable, the second she stands up of her table the waiter almost immediately passes and grab the menus from the table, a few minutes later I saw another couple going through the same situation where they were just left there and no one wold take their order.

Your staff and the service they give to your customers is the face of your business if you don't take care of your customers you will lose them little by little.

So, ok. I just went there and you just sit down and the waitress is asking you for drinks and others waitress ask you for serve some empanadas or appetizers which are charge of course! But you didn't have time to see the list and notice the prizes. 16 reales for an empanada it's a robbery! The food was ok except for the excellent and well served picanha for sharing and the burgers, which were big servings. Burgers cost between 25 and 29 Reales (noticed again the prize for the little empanada).The rest of the plates dont think...

Wir sind hier beruflich auf längere Zeit in Copacabana. Dieses Restaurant ist mit eines der besten in Copacabana. Die besten burger findet ihr hier im Vergleich zu 4 anderen expliziten "burgerstores"!

Die caipirinhas sind mir persönlich zu stark. Der Gin ist hier sehr gut. Hier gibt es endlich mal ne halbe weizen zum ertragbaren Preis!

Ich werde hier die nächsten Wochen öfters essen. Das Personal spricht Weitesgehend Englisch und auch die Karten sind in Englisch.

Gutes Ambiente, die Musik passt perfekt u ist nicht zu laut. Zudem Sport TV von alles Seiten. Perfekt! Egal welches Alter ihr habt, kommt hier her!

Perfect stores! Honestly, that's the only one which is serving u realy gooood burger! Better than 4 other real burger restaurants!

They half half liter German Bier (Sry guy, we are still the best in Bier and it won't change) and it's a good pricing too. Which one? Franziskana helle!

They guys here are pretty nice and know how to serve! That's not often here! They are able to speak English and the carts are also in English.

I will stay here more often in the next weeks, for sure!
