Burgers Rio - Ipanema — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata do Rio de Janeiro

I was looking for a place to eat a burger around in Panama, Lelon Neighbourhood, and I found this one so my wife and I give it a try. We order our burger which was very fast but then it comes the worst of the restaurant which was the wait time.

We literally waited 45 minutes for two burgers which supposed to be fast at 11 PM in the night. I think it was 11 PM on the night, which was very frustrating for me. I was about to leave and I wasn’t really hungry anymore when I was served, I was gonna give This restaurant straight one star, but I gotta admit the burger was very tasty and wonderful while cook and portion is above the average of the restaurants also as a mention above, the order process was fast on the price fair so I’m racing my score to three stars but...

Waited 20 minutes for the food to be on the counter sitting there. Obviously it was cold when they gave it to me. Old man wanted to gave me lip and raise his voice when I told him I'm getting a refund.

I honestly expected a lot better! You get a burger.. without no ingredients except meat, bun and cheese?! And you get a sauce on the side you have to put on yourself. Really? No lettuce, no onion no nothing? It was a good beef but it tasted bland due to lack of other ingredients. Overhyped or what? For the price (32 BR) there’s better lunch...
