Hello cariocas,this is a cuilt mall,big,has his taste,has furniture,paintings and some market not found and different then our malls.It´s right by the beach,but cultured and usefull,more for shopping long terms products and else... My parents used to have a society in here,in our case was a marchand,he dealt paintings in my childhood,had exposed in way galeria de artes.I spent lovely time running after paintors,auction and selling marvelous oils and aquarelas. Hardly a paintor would go to his own party or exposition,looks like their market is wild,make US$1.000 in an oil you must be old ,bored and very experienced with Rio and all sorts of delights we buy it and means nothing for an artist and high culture. My father used to sing dollars,auction and percentage in their oils but they were adorable,never even saying their ancient idols or their running and settlement. Armando Vianna,Orthoff,Rescala,Manoel Santiago,Mabe ,else were the expositon by that time,35 years ago. I am not very sure about the huge oil market Rio must have today but this were few malls and galleries we used to hang by that time.I am sure the taste is different and we have many options to spend our dollars...

Péssimo atendimento . Minha filha comprou um bikini tamanho p e qd chegou em casa percebeu q tinham colocado a parte de baixo m e a de cima p . Carregou lá para trocar e a vendedora simplesmente disse q não poderia fazer nada . Depois de uma semana tentando entrar em contato c a gerente Ana que nunca estava na loja , quando enfim conseguimos encontra- lá a mesma foi super super arrogante e não fez a menor questão de nos ajudar ( isso pq ela tinha ficado de ligar no dia anterior para nos dar uma posição) e para minha maior surpresa a supervisora chega e ainda fica do lado da gerente , isso tudo pq o erro foi da loja imagina se tivesse sido nosso . É nessas horas que percebo o quanto nosso país é atrasado e o quanto ainda teremos q caminhar . Elas precisam aprender muito ainda pq tratar um cliente mal é um tiro no pé . Sem falar no dia q liguei pela primeira vez , perguntei pela gerente e quem atendeu me disse q ela só chegava às 17:00. Pedi que ela passasse meu telefone para ela entrar em contato comigo e adivinhem qual foi a resposta: não podemos fazer ligações; só receber . Ok, mesmo achando um absurdo , principalmente por estarmos falando em um shopping no Leblon e em plena época de Natal ,retornei as 17:00 e... não atenderam mais até hj ! Ou seja , pessoal destreinado e não podem jamais trabalhar com o público. Não sei quem é pior ali , se são as vendedoras, a gerente ou a supervisora . Enfim , não piso mais lá e farei bastante propaganda negativa . Loja três ,...
