I really wish i could put 0 stars. Where do i even start...

They dont change the beds properly, they dont clean the room properly. You legit need to go to the lobby to ask them to change your towels because they clearly simply fold the dirty ones back and leave it there. They dont even give you clean conforters when you ask because they clearly dont even have clean ones for any room.

Now lets talk about the isolation, it feels like sleeping outside basically. you can hear EVERYTHING,

Lets talk about the morning buffet, the entire group that booked with me and came got all sick after eating there for couple of days.

They elevators will take days to come to you. And on top of that, the reception is no unorganized, they will charge you for a price and then deactivate your card because they realsied they forgot to charge an extra fee out of nowhere

I stayed there two years ago and hotel was fine. One day I go to the terrace to have some beers and chill for the evening. Spontaneously I decide to pick up something from my room. When I arrive there my room door was open and also the safe box. Nevertheless every single penny was in my wallet which I left there. Since I was having some beers I thought I was too dumb to forget to close everything. When I went back up my home country I tried to use my credit cards and surprisingly they were blocked. When I called the bank they informed that they got blocked because someone was trying to use them in Brazil. Thanks god and my bank for that. In conclusion: it was perpetrated by the hotel and its personal. Like everything in Rio it's a mafia and you can't trust...

I searched online for the most rocket miles for my American Airlines. Advantage account on Impanema beach, 15000 loyalty points. I’m trying to get a Plaitinum Pro or higher status on American, but I didn’t want to stay in a bad hotel. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I read the positive reviews.
