Hell's Burguer — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata do Rio de Janeiro

I used to go there very often when they opened back in 2015-2016. The hamburger used to be great!!!. We moved out of Rio, and we came back for Holidays. I was looking forward to enjoy it again I took my family there telling them this would be a great meal, what a terrible surprise, I should stayed with the good memories. Meat was extremely undercooked (is a very greasy piece of meat, so, imagine chewing that!!). Left most of it. Bread was not a shadow of what used to be. O local é pequeno, e no Google vimos que fecha as 23:00. Chegamos as 22:30 e fomos fazer nosso pedido. O cardápio é colado no balcão, ou seja, para quem tem dúvidas sobre o que pedir e bom senso, no mínimo se sente desconfortável e ter que escolher com alguém atrás de você esperando. O hambúrguer tem um preço bem salgado, pedi o carro chefe da casa, no entanto, nada de sensacional, estava sem sal e não possuía nenhuma combinação especial, estava aparentava bem cru, entendo que hambúrguer é mesmo mal passado, porém como um Hambúrguer que contém 50% de bacon pode ser mal passado? A carne possuía nervos, ou seja, parecia ser uma carne de baixa qualidade, além de tudo, esperamos bastante pelo nosso pedido. E não entendemos o porquê, já que não estava tão lotado o lugar. Enfim, não foi grande experiência pelo preço que paguei. Destaco ainda a batata com farofa de bacon e cheddar, que parecia sensacional, e de fato a farofa estava boa, mas a batata canoa bem oleosa e pesada. Quando deu exatamente as 23:00, começaram recolher tudo, varrer a calçada em cima de nós, que estávamos comendo, baixaram uma das portas, no sentimos super mal, fomos embora sem terminar de lanchar, pois sentimos que estávamos atrapalhando o fechamento do lugar. A propósito: 02 hambúrguer e 02 refrigerantes lata = R$ 100,00. Não tem garçon, você pede no balcão, é gritado o seu número quando o lanche está pronto e o refri ? Você mesmo tem que ir até a geladeira e pegar, assim como os molhos, e guardanapos... tipo: Autoatendimento mesmo.. até limpar a mesa para sentarmos, fomos nós quem limpamos. NÃO INDICO...
