Nice place for an expensive ice cream, but it is also tasty. They offer a few vegan options, and diet options, which is great. But they do not go the extra mile to offer cones that are vegan. The price of the scoop is not as simple, I think they could simplify the whole menu. Maybe working with more visual, like colouring the buckets that are pricier. The problem i see is that you enter the place, you pass through the cashier, too look at the flavours, then co back to the cashier to say what you want, and some opinion you can have 2-3 flavours in a cup, others only 1-2. It is quite confusing. The staff is friendly and the coffee is delicious. But even for an European, it is overpriced. I wouldn't always pay 5€ on a scoop (40ml) of 1 flavour ice cream everyday. Even in Fontana di Trevi the ice has not reached that price yet. But for a once in a while,...
Read moreThey have this weird system where you pay before you can place your order. So, I said I wanted 2 ice cream balls in a beaker, but they said I had to pay first. THIS IS WHY YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER FIRST AND PAY AFTERWARDS ALL OTHER PLACES. Pure incompetence. Guess what, I did go back to the cash register. To get a full refund. And took my money a couple of streets...

The only downside is the "interactive" cow that makes a moo sound everytime someone presses the button by the entrance. If you are looking for a relaxing and quiet place, or a place for a friends' catch up, it might not be the place for you. I am sure there are other interactive non noisy activities MOMO can consider to get kids interested no? Just a thought😉 Ps: kudos for...
