Kindai - Campinas — Restaurant in Região Imediata de Campinas

This was one of the worst sushi places I've been to in Campinas! The restaurant in question is called Kindai Campinas, located at the Victoria Concept hotel. They offer lunch options with or without sashimi, priced at 89 reais or 129 reais, respectively. We were a group of 8 people, and man, it was such a frustrating experience. The staff was nice, but oh boy, the service was painfully slow. Can you believe they got our temaki orders all wrong? It caused so much hassle. And to top it off, it took them more than 10 minutes to give us the darn bill! As for the taste of the food, it was okay, but nothing outstanding to make up for the restaurant's shortcomings. The sushi options were seriously lacking and weak, especially for that hefty 129 reais price tag. If you're looking for better options in the area, I highly recommend trying out Jangada restaurant. It's light years ahead in terms of experience and quality compared to Kindai Campinas. THE WORST SERVICE EVER! I am staying at the hotel and came twice to this restaurant. The food is good but the servers are so terrible! They take forever to get the food, never pass by the table and just have this horrible atitude, like they are doing a favor by taking the order and not their job.

Nas primeiras vezes em que fui com minha família gostamos muito, da comida, da apresentação, do atendimento. Infelizmente hoje tivemos uma experiência muito desagradável, que apesar de não ser culpa do estabelecimento, o atendimento deixou a desejar, pois diante da situação, não nos ofereceu acolhimento. Uma criança agrediu fisicamente minha filha na brinquedoteca, um menino grande e ela de apenas 6 anos, a monitora não viu, nem interviu. Ao retornar com a testa machucada, chorando, fui conversar com os pais do menino, eis que o homem começou a me agredir verbalmente. Minha filha e sobrinha começaram a chorar assustadas com os gritos dele. Tivemos que nos levantar, pedir a conta antes mesmo de terminarmos de comer. O restaurante poderia ter tido algum protocolo para intervir e nos auxiliar, impedir de alguma maneira essa atitude violenta e agressão dentro do estabelecimento.
