The entire property lacks management. I stayed for 9 days and I did not see a hotel manager once!! This certainly shows… from the shocking quality of room servicing/ cleaning ( sheets not changed in over a week until I kicked up a fuss despite asking numerous times, trash not emptied, loo paper not replaced , tea and coffee and cups not replaced despite being used) to the LACK of management at breakfast it is all literally a joke!!!! Eggs take 30 minutes and they arrive inedible.. simple poached egg is either rubber or raw. Twice they had no eggs to offer “ ran out” on a week day at 8am.. how is this possible?! A Radisson property! |The breakfast is also the same every single day not even the fruit on offer changes and they don’t even have ability to make a cuppacino… only TERRiBLE vending coffee avail even if you want to pay!!! |The towels are thread bear and the rooms are NOT sound proofed even on the 17th floor you hear street noise and elevator noise and other guests. |If I had not paid in advance I would have checked out. |The sauna was also under maintenance for all 9 days of the stay.. and the staff are just soo uninterested in guests it’s a joke! I told the one I didn’t have slippers in my room I was told to go buy next door at the pharmacy ! Like really?! Multiple guests were wearing radisson branded slippers and when I pointed this out they then arrived. Everything seemed to be a huge effort for the staff. |This hotel is seriously ruining the radisson brand. No one greets the guests in the lobby and certainly no offer to assist you with bags. |And last but not least shocking WiFi impossible to have a teams meting in your room. |Just stay at the...
Read moreWindows and doors are not having any soundproofing. Zero. Window open or closed - no difference, you will hear all the noice from the street, including very loud bikers driving till very late night. Doors are not having sound proof as well and in addition to hearing every neighbor coming or going to or out of their rooms, for whatever reason house keeping is making room cleaning during night and I needed to call reception to ask to stop as she was making so much noice at 11pm that it was not possible to sleep. Windows of the hotel rooms are opposite to the building (not residential)with all the kitchen windows facing hotel, so their kitchens ventilation with all the food smelling is going into hotel. Ventilation in the bathroom is really bad to not existing, feels all the time over humid and non fresh, stuffy air like in a cellar. Every other day during room cleaning they will forget to bring shower accessories or tea or paper cups. Floor is dirty and the surfaces (shelves, bedside tables, table) remain dusty. Gym was stated to be open at 5am, but was closed in reality at 6am; breakfast stated served as of 6 am but 6:30 you should ask to start serving and you need to wait half an hour to get coffee, milk, other basic staff. Overall this does not look and feel like a 4 star hotel by far. There is a long way to...
Read moreLanguage barrier. Not enough English speaking workers. Not enough food options, and steak I bought was tough and not edible. Breakfast runs out of bananas, apples fast and does not replenish. The language issue causes many misinterpretations. If I leave a note to replenish towels or wash cloths or soap etc, they always forget a couple things on the list. On the weekend I left do not disturb up all weekend and they called to disturb me to ask if I wanted my room cleaned – I’ve never had this happen anywhere else in any country. AC turns off every day unless you leave a card in the slot, then housekeeping will remove the card. So if you buy anything that needs temp controlled environment, it will be ruined. You must ask for an extra card and TAPE it in the slot and write a note on it to not remove it. They cannot fix AC with you in the room, so if your A/C breaks as mine did end of week#2, then you have to pack up all your stuff and move to another. I have been here two weeks and have to stay one more. :-( Bar and bartender good, and live music several nights. It’s located in fairly secure area with some good restaurants fairly close. But, I was instructed to not walk alone...
