I had a good experience overall, but for a high-quality restaurant, I expected a bit more.
I ordered the lobster sandwich and the pastrami burger—both were really really tasty and well-made. However, the sides were disappointing. The fries were cold and not great, and the sandwich and burger were also a bit cold. It didn’t affect the flavor, but I’m not sure if they were meant to be served that way.
For dessert, I went with the Isso Nao é uma Banana and maracujá with chocolate. Both were really good, but personally, I preferred the maracujá—it just suited my taste more.
The service was friendly and welcoming, but a little disorganized. It took a while for the main dishes to arrive, and when it came to dessert, one was served first while the other only arrived after we had already finished the first.
Despite a few small issues, I’d still recommend the place and would love to come back to try more desserts.
--- UPDATE (15.03.25) --- As I said, I came back to try more. =)
The Belém and Romeu e Julieta were also delicious, but I felt that in the Belém, the cupuaçu in the middle had a texture and temperature that seemed a bit frozen.

While the pastries showcase excellent craftsmanship, my recent visit left me with several concerns. The desserts are beautifully executed, though the flavor profiles weren't to my personal taste.
The service experience needs significant improvement. From the hostess's unenthusiastic greeting to the general staff's disengaged demeanor, the atmosphere lacks the warmth one expects from a dessert establishment. A particular concern was the cleanliness - my table had a distinct egg odor, suggesting it was wiped with a soiled cloth.
The venue's layout presents accessibility challenges. Guests must navigate multiple flights of stairs to reach the main dining area, with an additional set of stairs to reach some seating sections. The bathroom location on the ground floor, near the entrance, is inconvenient for diners seated upstairs.
Despite the quality of their baked goods, these issues significantly impacted the overall dining experience, making it difficult to recommend without reservations.

They were doing construction with a loud power drill INSIDE the restaurant on the ground floor. My table was literally vibrating from it.
Woman behind the counter was rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. She also apparently had zero work to do; she was just standing there the whole time staring off into space.
WAY too expensive. $20 USD for croissant and toast benedict. I guess they have to pay for all the employees standing around.
Toast benedict had way too much hollandaise sauce, was way too salty, and not very much egg or salmon at all. It was also served room temp (nothing was warm, not even the bacon). Also took a long time to be served despite me being the only patron at 8am
This establishment clearly is getting fake Google Maps reviews, based on the number of 5 stars they're receiving on a weekly basis.
I looked back and noticed the hostess laughing at me with her coworker when I left (probably because I was foreigner)
Positives: they have WiFI and the almond croissant...
