Cozy, quaint and surrounded by trees, this is the perfect setting for a brunch with friends. I ordered the Avocado toast which was good but not great. It almost tasted like a store bought quac though I was assured it was made fresh that day (not a chunk of avocado to be found). I ordered my soft boiled egg soft with a runny told but it was over cooked and had a solid middle. The cafe latte with oat milk was excellent and arrived hot- so good I ordered a second. And the banoffee I saw on the menu and just had to get, was also very good but bordered on being too sweet, but I suppose that’s the point! The giant pão queijo also arrived warm and was stunning! Read moreI LOVE this place! Went with a friend the other day and return the day after, having great time in both visits. The food is awesome, especially the bread which us baked at the place. My friend had scrambled eggs with toasted bread, while I took the Nordic toast - both were really good. The day after I had the breakfast combo which was excellent, especially the croissant and the yogurt & granola. Staff is extremely nice. Read moreI ordered the eggs Benedict, it said: in our style so I knew it would be a bit different but then it came with some red pasta sauce and “carne seco” which is like the dried pork meat. Also the holandaise sauce wasn’t like it should and it dissolved into the red sauce. Then the bun was a toasted bread which for me would be fine.
