Service was shockingly bad. After waiting 40+ minutes for the main course i told the waiter that if they hadn't started cooking the orders, to cancel them. He goes over to some counter and then disappears without returning to my table. It was obvious he disregarded my instructions and had asked the kitchen to start the order. I get up and tell the kitchen myself at which point another attendant behind a desk gets up and admits the order had not started. Making matters worse she says she was on her way to tell, me, when it was obvious she got up once she saw the scene that was unfolding. The manager that was walking around and observing everything didn't bother to intervene. They could have simply said, "sorry sir, the order had not started, I've cancelled the order as you requested". A descent establishment would have added " how do i make this right?". I had such a hard time to pick what I wanted to order!! Everything described in the menu sounds delicious! I ended up getting the "Jardim Japonês" sandwich, which was very tasty! My companions got the Mango Chicken salad and the Frango Gratinado with quinoa salad and banana pure! The banana pure was amazingly delicious! We also had the Dadinho de Tapioca as an appetizer. Really good as well! I'll definitely go back to try...

Café bem espaçoso, bem ventilado, no dia com tempo agradavel tem mesas no solzinho. Fomos almoçar em familia. A proposta do lugar é comida saudavel com varias opções vegitarianas e veganas, sucos, panquecas, crepiocas, burger e kibe de soja. Gostamos muito dos sucos, bem deliciosos de açaí e de acerola com laranja e cenoura. Comida que foi um arrependimento: um kibe de soja SEM gosto, nao tinha tempero nenhum, pure de mandioquinha puro, sem sal, sem tempero, arroz com banana e castanha de Pará de novo sem tempero, sem sal, comi meu prato mas parecia comida de hospital, sem gosto porem "saudavel". Frango grelhado era seco demais e meu filho não quis comer hamburger dele por ser de gosto estranho e queijo parecia cola branca quente sem gosto... Fomos muito arrependidos com nossas escolhas de prato. Atendimento regular, tinha muito garçons todos homens, muito impersonal fomos atendidos por 3-4 pessoas, ninguem mencionou o nome, ninguem se destacou, ninguém deu recomendação alguma de prato, todo tempo tinha que pedir auxílio de "moço". Os preços são de regular para cima, achei porção bem servida porem...
