I had lunch today at your restaurant. I had breakfast before and the customer service provided by the person at the till was poor during that first visit. However, today it was an absolute display of bad education and lack of manners by the person at the till. I paid with credit card and asked for a nota fiscal for expense reporting at work. The ticket didn't include the tip creating a discrepancy between the amount I paid and the ticket. The waitress explained to me it was not possible (I'm not sure why not when at other restaurants in Sao Paulo they always provided me a ticket fiscal including the tip) so gave me back the amount of the tip in cash. Looking for a solution that allow the waitress to keep the tip, I asked for the comanda plus the informal ticket that included the percentage of the tip. We ordered a glass of orange juice each, but as there were no waiters serving, we had to go to the drinks area to ask. In the end, the lunches were 58 reais and the bill was more than 100. Infelizmente, hoje ocorreu algo que mudou minha experiência. Consumi uma quantidade muito pequena de comida, especificamente uma salada e um pequeno pedaço de peixe. Ao me dirigir ao caixa, observei que a comanda estava zerada. Entretanto, fui cobrada por um valor que a atendente julgou apropriado, apesar de não haver nenhum registro correto na comanda.
Entendo que problemas possam ocorrer, mas fiquei decepcionada com a falta de procedimentos para averiguar e resolver a situação de maneira justa. Não houve tentativa de contactar a pessoa responsável pelo atendimento para esclarecer o ocorrido, e me senti forçada a pagar para não comprometer meu horário de almoço.
O que mais me deixou incomodada foi a aparente indiferença ao problema, me colocando na posição de ter que pagar ou discutir por um longo período para evitar ser prejudicada.
