Better to know what to expect!! Do not go there for a romantic dinner for two - you will be disappointed! Musicians are going around in the restaurant playing and singing with guests and waiters. Trays will be thrown onto the floor. It is some kind of a party and most of the people enjoy it - so it will get loud! If you are curious to experience Italian and Brazilian lifestyle mixed up, go there - it's a lot of fun! Talking about the dishes (and writing about a restaurant, this should not be missing), they are good standard, but nothing special. There are much better Italian restaurants in SP. Lively place serving big portion food, many options could be made for half size of 65% price, although I enjoy coming here solo but I'd still say this place suits better for group dining, there were live music while I was there for dinner on a weekday evening. Vibrant atmosphere, cheerful crowd and the servers and also attentive. In short, it's a fun place to eat. Cost wise, a main dish for one person is around 100 - 150, with drink and dessert the total cost would be 200+, I think it's on the higher end of local dining costs. Imho it's more of an experience/atmosphere restaurant than somewhere you expect...

Viemos ao Cantina C…Que Sabe! por um feliz acaso e por recomendação de um amigo. Também já tínhamos ouvido que o restaurante não valia a pena e demos uma chance com o pé atrás, principalmente pelo valor dos pratos, que servem facilmente duas pessoas.

O ambiente é bem típico, sem nada muito glamuroso ou instagramável. Muitas mesas cheias com netos, filhos, pais e avós, em um salão um tanto barulhento onde músicos tocavam músicas típicas italianas, trilha sonora das novelas de época. Com certeza não recomendaria para um encontro intimista.

Começamos com os bolinhos de bacalhau, mas também estávamos com vontade de comer a berinjela à milanesa e os antepastos. Os bolinhos estavam sequinhos e gostosos, nada excepcional, só que muito bem feitos.

O brilho mesmo ficou por conta do prato principal, o Gnoccone da Mamma. Quando vi que seriam apenas 6 gnoccones para dividir pra 2, fiquei na dúvida se não seria melhor pedir outra massa. Como eu estava enganado, dois gnoccones seriam suficientes para mim e o terceiro mostrou porque os italianos são conhecidos por comerem bem.

O molho é caseiro e muito saboroso, os gnoccones são recheados com ñresunte e queijo e finalizados com parmesão. Pedimos mais parmesão e pimenta preta e ambos foram trazidos sem miséria.

Pedimos também uma jarra pequena de sangria que serviu 4 taças.

Meu veredito final é que a comida é incrível, tradicional e bem servida. Dá vontade de repetir. O preço realmente é mais elevado que outros restaurantes italianos, mas se você está a fim de ir almoçar em família, principalmente com pessoas mais velhas, esse será um bom restaurante.

Achei os garçons um pouco ríspidos pelo valor que cobram no local, porém fomos...
