If you're looking for top-notch sushi in São Paulo, look no further than this fantastic Japanese restaurant in the Liberdade neighborhood. I recently visited and was blown away by the quality of the sushi. The restaurant offers an all-you-can-eat option, which is definitely worth the slightly higher price tag. The selection of sushi was extensive, and everything was prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail. From the classic tuna and salmon nigiri to more inventive rolls featuring avocado and crab, every piece was delicious and beautifully presented. What really stood out to me, however, was the traditional Japanese flavor that infused every bite. It's clear that the chefs here are experts in their craft and are dedicated to preserving the authenticity of the cuisine. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also lovely, with a cozy yet modern vibe and attentive service. All in all, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an exceptional sushi experience in São Paulo. It may be a bit pricier than some other options, but the quality and variety of the sushi make it more than worth it.

Definitely, Sushi Isao is my favorite Japanese restaurant. The atmosphere of the lounge looks clean and minimalistic, with wooden tables and chairs and a huge counter, when you can see the buffet that contains the widest variety of Japanese delicacies that I know. As soon as you enter the restaurant, the staff pronounces a Japanese welcome expression: "Irashaimassê". Moreover, before your departure, immensely satisfied, you can sound a goodbye phrase in Japanese. In my opinion, the fresh oysters and the scallop sushis are the biggest differentials of this restaurant, with an unparalleled taste. Although there are a multitude of fried foods, the environment does not smell like frying. The temaki must be consumed as soon as it reaches the table. You can feel the freshness of the seaweed through the touch with your fingers. Therefore I strongly recommend this restaurant.

O restaurante possui ingredientes super diferenciados inclusos no rodízio. Eles tem ouriço, vieira, ostras, ovas, hokigai, ... Tudo a vontade. Aqui no isao o ouriço é a vontade.

A pegada...
