Coffee Selfie — Restaurant in Região Imediata de São Paulo

I had a very unpleasant experience in this local shop. I made plans with my girlfriend that day to spend a couple hours at Liberdade. The day began great, and after lunch I had a meeting from work and had to find a quiet and calm place for it. Asking for recommendations we were directed to Coffee Selfie, and the idea was perfect since after the meeting I could have some coffee and desert. At first there were no issue, I began my meeting and the place was quite empty. While the meeting was underway the place became quite busy, and the tables began to be limited. One of the employees asked if I minded switching tables with another group, since I had a larger table, and I promptly said that it was quite alright and switched with them. He asked if I had already ordered my coffee, which I replied “not yet” and I would soon order. After a while he came by again and asked if I would order or not. He then said that I should order first and later have a place to sit. I then explained to him that I was in a meeting, and asked for a bit of patience, since after the meeting I would order. Not only did I say that, but I also did stand from the table, so he could occupy it with someone that was consuming at that time. I stayed in a place that would not bother other people and their service. Soon after the meeting ended I was texting my girlfriend notifying her so she could join me for some coffee and he came a third time. That time he came with another man with the clear intention to kick me out of the place. He proceeded to say “ my friend, that is the third time I came to talk to you, you must order”. I then said. “As I explained to your earlier, I was in a meeting and could not stop in the middle of it to order anything, since I would have to go downstairs and place my order, wait for it, pick it up and later sit in a table. Not only that but I also did comply with every time you came to talk to me to empty the table”. After it he gave me a dirty look. I went downstairs and did order a cappuccino for the respect that I still held for the other employees and for the time I spend there. The coffee itself however was nothing more than average. With so many coffee shops and bakery’s in the area, this place has nothing special to earn your visit. The only exception to it is if you wanna pay extra to have your picture drawn in your coffee. I was really looking forward to this place, and it had a great potential. I really hope they improve their service. Because of how I was treated with so much disrespect and almost thrown out of the place I will not return. It...

Uma experiência linda e um café para ninguém colocar defeito.

O Coffee Selfie é um dos cafés do momento! Além de deliciosos cafés, outras bebidas quentes, bebidas geladas, doces e salgados, você pode colocar a sua foto favorita em algumas bebidas selecionadas na casa.

Quando você chega, no balcão já existem algumas orientações de como funciona o processo, e o cardápio possui a marcação de uma câmera, para que você saiba em quais bebidas é possível colocar a foto, além da equipe estar sempre a disposição para informações e com um ótimo atendimento.

A decoração da casa é linda e cheia de detalhes e eles possuem vários pontos instagramaveis para que você possa fazer várias fotos, inclusive um balanço lindo na entrada da loja.

O café possui o andar térreo onde fica o atendimento, a parte externa em um deck na calçada, e que é pet friendly, e a parte superior. Os sanitários se encontram nos andares superiores, muito limpos e organizados.

A casa também possui rampa de acesso para portadores de deficiência física, logo na entrada da loja.

O cardápio é bem bacana e sem valores gigantes.

A casa ainda tem tomado alguns cuidados quanto a contaminação por COVID-19, mantendo álcool em gel nas mesas, colaboradores com máscaras e com guardanapos e mexedores embalados individual.

Eles não possuem estacionamento próprio, porém é possível parar o carro nas ruas com zona azul, ou colocar em alguns estacionamentos existentes na região.

Fomos ontem ao Coffee Selfie, mais por querer ver o Selfie no capuccino,e p/mim e p/o meu marido foi uma ótima experiência,pois adoramos! A atendente foi bem solícita ,explicou muito bem, que a foto teria que estar nítida e ter no máximo duas pessoas em mesma altura/niveladas, p/ que a imagem da selfie no café ficasse boa. (Deu até dó de tomar o café depois☺️, estava bonito,quentinho e gostoso).

No geral, gostamos de tudo na cafeteria: ✓Ambiente: acochegante c/ detalhes decorativos bonitos e musicas agradáveis. Se for nos dias de semana, c/ certeza estará mais vazio que aos fins de semana,isso em qualquer local (ainda mais em se tratando de bairro turístico). ✓Comida: pedimos um bolo de Ferrero Rocher e uma torta de caramelo salgado(ambos gostosos e c/ o doce na medida,nada enjoativo,estava do jeito que agente gosta). ✓Atendimento da moça: foi bem atenciosa conosco,esclareceu todas as dúvidas. ✓Ambiente: limpo e organizado, c/ as regras da casa todas visíveis no balcão, e impressas (basta lermos). ✓Preço e Valor: acho que é um item bem relativo,individual. Cada estabelecimento tem direito de colocar o Preço que lhe for conveniente(pois só quem trabalha no local,sabe dos custos e as mãos de obras, que haverão ali). O Valor dos produtos e serviços,cada um atribui conforme o seu ponto de vista, c/ as experiências vividas no local, e o que aquele momento deixará de lembrança em si.
