An absolutely trashy place, ZERO stars for food, service and overall atmosphere. First thing first : the place wasn't clean, there was a napkin and used utensils under the table. We were a party of a few. I ordered for drinks 2 bottles of beer and one of them was WARM! I mentioned it to the server and he responded "I got them from the same cooler" Really? Didn't sugest to exchange the warm beer for a cold one. I had a Pepperoni Quessdilla. It was spicy hot, way too hot. You couldn't taste any flavor, no cheddar, no mozzarella, no cream cheese, no flat bread, but hot. Hot but not like a spicy tortilla. Hot in a flavorless and a very cheap way. We got fish and chips as well, which was an average at best. French fries: horrible. And so on and so far... At some point someone from the staff stopped by our table to ask how is the food. I said awful and she started to giggle like I said best joke she had for the day. A bit later another staff member behaving like a bouncer stopped by and stated "I was told you don't like the food"...with lots of attitude. He didn't introduce himself, didn't ask how he can help, just in a menacing way tried to interact with our party. So we barely hold ourselves calm and asked him to clear off. The evening turned from bad to worse. When we asked for the bill the server gave it to us and basicly said we shouldn't mind how they mishandled the situation so far.....Yeah. No joke. unHAPPY BAR AND GRILL SUCKS. Definitely No classy but totally trashy place. Do yourself a favor and stay away...

I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent visit to one of your locations. As a loyal customer who has dined at various Happy restaurants both in Bulgaria and abroad, I have always appreciated your consistent quality and service — until this experience. During our visit, we were left waiting at the entrance. A waitress briefly acknowledged us with a "hello" before disappearing without offering assistance. Following a suggestion from the barman, we decided to enter the main hall where more staff were present. Unfortunately, several waiters and waitresses saw us but made no attempt to approach or seat us. After waiting a few minutes with no assistance, we took the initiative to find a table ourselves. At that point, a waitress hurried over and, instead of offering a polite greeting or help, immediately told us the table was reserved and, if we chose to stay, we would have only two hours to finish our meal. This abrupt and unfriendly approach was especially surprising, as it was around 15:30 — not a typical rush hour. I have never experienced such poor service at any other Happy location. It was disappointing and not in line with the standards I have come to expect from your brand.
