Fresh Pasta — Restaurant in Plovdiv

I think the place is a bit overrated. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is somewhat okay but that's all about it. The pasta might be fresh and top-quality but the way they prepare the dishes seems to be messy. I ate pasta there twice - the first time, I ordered pasta with chicken and it had a very strong fish flavor. I assumed that maybe the meat happened to be old/unflavored, so the second time I went, I decided to order pasta with just tomatoes, oregano and olives. And - surprise -it had that fishy flavor again. I would suggest changing the water / oil they have used to cook the fish in before they start preparing...

Fresh Pasta is an absolute gem in Plovdiv! From the cozy atmosphere to the incredible food, every detail here is perfection. I had the chicken and dried tomato risotto—creamy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The quinoa and spinach salad was fresh, light, and packed with delicious textures. And oh, the tiramisu… it was to die for! Light, rich, and the perfect balance of coffee and sweetness—I could have eaten three! The variety on the menu is fantastic, and everything is made with such care. Highly, highly recommend Fresh Pasta for an unforgettable dining experience. Can’t wait to come...

We had dinner there after a long day travelling and in the city. It’s a small light and very clean place, the people running it were very friendly, food was made fresh before your eyes and everything was so delicious that we just had to come back the next evening so we could try more of their dishes!!
