ATTENTION!! DO NOT ORDER THE CHEDDAR TOGETHER OPTION!!

They catch your attention in the menu with a burger totally covered in melted cheese. Therefore, me and friend ordered it. They made a mistake when serving and instead of a bath of cheese, they brought a normal burger together with a small flask with cheese sauce. We pointed out that we ordered the burger COVERED with cheese, so the waiter returned the burger to the kitchen to amend the mistake. But what they did was just to spread the cheese sauce as a thin layer over the upper bun of the burger. Where is the trick? That the normal sauce flask costs half price that the supposed "cheddar bath" we asked for. Had we known that the claimed "cheddar bath" would have been just a layer of sauce over the top of the burger we wouldn't have ordered it... specially when they charge you double just for spreading a small amount of sauce.

When I complained to the waiter about the false advertising, she told me that she would bring more sauce... But she lasted an eternity to bring it, knowing in advance that we were in a hurry to catch a train. She pretended that she forgot about the sauce... but the truth is that we were making signs to her to remind her constantly that the sauce was missing.

And on the top of that, when asking for the bill they lasted again another huge amount of time to prepare it (despite other tables were receiving theirs). So we went to the cash desk to pay directly there and the last surprise was that they were trying to charge us for a big portion of fries that we didn't order...

Obviously they thought that we were just tourist passing by and that they could scam us. The problem is that I live here in Plovdiv and I am a regular costumer that always recommended that restaurant in the past. They have lost some future costumers:...

I tried this place once in Sofia and now once in Plovdiv and have been really disappointed both times. This review is for the Plovdiv location. Ordered a Skapto burger and small fries. The fries are quite greasy (I don't think they are using quality oil either to cook them). The mayonnaise is not real but some fake version (looks pure white, tastes strange). The burger looks good when they bring it to you, but the taste is another matter. They need to switch their hamburger buns to maybe a potato roll, because these brioche buns completely disintegrate while you're trying to eat it. The bacon was not cooked enough which was gross and the sauce they used on the "burger" - seemed strange (didn't go well with the burger). The actual meat they also use is very hard and seems to to break off in chunks looks weird like a reddish color - I have never seen beef look like this quite frankly, so I don't know what to think or what it really is -but it does not taste good. On the menu they specify their burgers are made with "limousine beef" maybe because a limo ran over the cow = roadkill (tastes more like that). After 2 attempts at this place I am throwing in the towel for good. Also the the person who took the order was not very friendly. I do not think it's worth the money and I did not like the food nor can I...

Extensive craft beer options with brief descriptions, the menu is layered out to seem funky and crafty although the final product is nothing special. This comes as no surprise because several of the staff members ducked away to have a few beers around the corner the second they could, call it a break but from my point of view drinking on the job is never acceptable. When my group ordered we clearly specified that there was a vegetarian (which they had clearly displayed options for) and a vegan. The person who took our drinks order explained that all three of the vegetarian burgers could be made vegan by removing the cheese and sauce, when our order of food was taken we were informed that none of the burgers could be made vegan because the bun was not. Unfortunately at this point in time we had already received our drinks so the only option was to have ‘The Protein Bun’ which was simply lettuce.
