Highly recommend. Make a reservation as they are busy. More a restaurant than a bar. Bar area is small and there was not so much music. Lovely atmosphere and cool vibe. Clean. Busy Friday night. Good menu from pizza to pasta, salads, fish and more. Menu is in English too. Food portions are big and beautifully presented. I had a starter beef fillet tartare which was enough for a light dinner. The tartare had capers, parsley and mustard with an egg yolk on top. It came with a homemade crostini but I follow a high protein diet so only had the tartare. My god it was delicious. It took a good twenty or so minutes to come but it was worth the wait. Stunning presentation and each bite was a delight. The tartare was perfect with a little spice and the yolk running through it. Lovely. Even looking around at other diners, all food looked good and well presented. Service was pleasant and friendly. Aneta served me who was very sweet and nice. Lovely service. Located in a side street so your unlikely to just walk past and find it. My hotel was nearby and I googled restaurants and bars near me. This came up. So glad I went. Very good. Highly recommend. Message them on instagram to make a booking. Reasonably priced. Wifi...
Read moreExcellent across the board. Very pleasant bistro ambient, gentle chill music, upscale decoration. The menu had a nice variety of continental and Italian offerings. We settled on a (large) cheese plate antipasti with a lovely selection of gourmet cheeses, olives, ham & salami. And a tasty hummus w delicious focaccia bread. A plate of ribs w a beautiful glaze, baked potatoes and garnishes. We accompanied dinner w a pleasant (but not costly) prosecco wine All excellent. Service was a pleasure , our server (Ivan) was pleasantly well informed, and fluent in English (thankfully, as we have only a few word in Bulgarian). He skillfully guided us through our options and was courteous friendly and professional. We finished with a lovely panna cotta (perfectly balanced, not in the least overly sweet) with hints of mango and fresh strawberry, cafe americano and then, after all. a brisk and refreshing rakia. One of our best dining experiences in a long and mediocre series of travel dinners in various countries. Finally, something special, delightful and very satisfying. Highly...
Read moreHaving looked at the reviews and photos of dishes in advance, we chose this restaurant. However, I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. Unfortunately, there are no photos of the dishes on the menu. Perhaps we just didn't get lucky with our choice. But I didn't expect such from the "chicken with mashed potatoes, parmesan, and zucchini": it was difficult to cut the chicken fillet because they placed it directly on top of the mashed potatoes, and the mashed potatoes itself was completely inedible: barely warm, even though it was brought under a lid, with lumps and a sour taste - it's on the level of a cheap canteen. There were only two small pieces of very raw zucchini. The pork ribs were ordinary, like from a store. The seafood salad was more or less normal but nothing special....
