Central Universal Store (Tsum) — Local services in Sofia City

It's a very central Building quite big - with croweds of People parking for diverse Activities, as Sports Dance studies ect. in front of it, underneath the big Archeays - the Bussines Center is though not free for access, you need a pass - or, to just simply ask ti go to the Bathroom. It is quite impressive, as for example to think about, the few - and as well as summe of International Association's permanent Seat's it is hosting in their Main Loby. Something like the International Space Center - which, as a small European Associations seems to cure its privacy, and incognito behind the thick walls of the TZUM Center on the main Plaza of the Serdika Metro Station...

Mixed feelings. I loved this place. As a child, I used to come here at least once a week. It is literally the first mall in Sofia, built during the communism. The building itself is impressive - before and now. However, I remember it more lively and filled with people and different shops - all open! Nowadays is very DEAD, like dead. A few restaurants in there, Sofia water office, a workplace, impressive bathrooms, a few shops... and NO customers. I guess there are bigger deals behind its actual situation. Hope these people will get ashamed and do something...

"Sofiiska voda" has a nice large office at thr Tzum building to serve its' customers. I visited on Dec 21, 2019 to ask the company to revise the bills I need to pay for the water consumption. I was served politely by the Ms Nikolova who as a company's clerk provide me with the info requested and advised as to my next steps to figure out what quantity of water was consume and the due amount on my end....
