Bassac Lane and Bassac Street (308) is now valuable land and the development has started with a lot of places closing down and the buildings demolished, ready for high rise apartments and office towers. I'm afraid the old Bassac Lane and Bassac Street (308) are disappearing fast, as urban renewables takes over.
