Understated, rustic bar serving a good selection of classic cocktails and featuring an impressive array of bourbons and whiskys. Indoor and outdoor seating (both upstairs and downstairs). Primarily bar seating indoors downstairs but larger tables & benches upstairs (with AC inside). Cash & credit card & probably e-wallet payments accepted. English spoken.
I didn't sample the food but I've heard it's great. I did sample their brownie and it was delightfully moist and flavorful, served under a drizzle of chocolate sauce and slightly warm.
Great, quiet spot to share a drink over conversation or hand-holding. Bartenders are serious about their craft and speak English. The Manhattan (spend the extra $0.75 for the premium, even though I don't consider 4 Roses to be a major upgrade in bourbon choice) was very well-balanced and garnished with a large maraschino cherry (a sour cherry would have been nicer but might be hard to come by here!). My buddy was hoping for an Easy Rider but they were out of pistachios. Everything is done well with an eye for both taste and presentation.
Definitely worth stopping in for if you're...

We walked out as soon as we walked in; it appeared to be a small bar with a nice vibe, but there were few options for group seating, and the AC barely made a difference. The upper-level seating is hot.
The problem is that the staff does not seem to want to serve or speak with customers. I walked in and politely asked if there were any seats upstairs because it was my first time there, but the bartender did not want to say anything. with an unpleased expression, barely acknowledging us and responding abruptly.
The drink prices are not even reasonable; I would not pay $6 or more for a drink only to be treated as if I were an inconvenience. I would like to support small businesses, but not like this. Step up; no customer will tolerate such treatment or disrespect.
Again, I am not asking for extravagant service; rather, at the very least, show some RESPECT to your customers as PEOPLE.
However, kudos to OM security in the front, who was very nice and accommodating, a super...

Make sure you ASK for your bill/receipt when paying to avoid getting scammed on overpayments or made up items.
I ordered 2 drinks and they charged me $30USD when the same drinks costs no more than $4 in other nearby bars I've been to (and on their menu it says they were supposed to be $5). Might be because I ordered in English and the bar was closing so I was rushing to get out and grab my cab. Told them I was covering my tables bill so I paid whatever they asked, but my friend (a local) later on asked me why I paid $30 when they only ordered 1 drink (and I ordered only 1 too). I thought it was because my friend ordered a meal or something before I got there but it's pretty clear I just got scammed - friend says I should just ask for the receipt/bill next time to prevent this from happening. I've been told wages are like $1-2/hr so im pretty impressed they were ballsy...
