Excellent and delicious food. Me and my family enjoy eating here. It is really difficult to find tasty meal in Phnom Penh for reasonable price. This is the best I think. Friendly and welcoming staff. When we ordered several meals for kids they advised us to order less, because it will be too much for them and money will be wasted. It means they care about their customers. I would suggest adding some small soft cushions for propping behind your back when sitting on the low couches. I also think it would be more environmentally friendly to serve bulk purified water in glasses rather than handing out plastic bottles to all customers.
