Good Thai food can be found in Phnom Penh: Pad Thai, Pad Se-iv, Boat Noodles and many more dishes. If only the portion were bigger, especially the Boat Noodles! I think the owner has a good but moody Thai cook. When the cook is in a good mood, the dishes look and taste great. If not, the dishes...
