A popular chain Chongqing hotpot in China. Already opened a few branches in PP city. The fancy decoration attracts my eyes as the 1st impression. I expected some more aroma in the red base soup but the hot pot was simply spicy and oily. Recommend duck blood and beef meatball. The price is about 50% increased comparing with China, which still seem to be acceptable...

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. The food quality was extremely poor, and the most disgusting part was that I found a maggot in my dish! This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of hygiene in their kitchen.

When I informed the staff, they seemed shocked at first but didn’t handle the situation well. The manager came over but didn’t offer a proper solution—just a simple apology and nothing more. To make things worse, I still had to pay for the dish that had a maggot in it! This is completely unreasonable, and I expected much better customer service.

A restaurant that serves food in such unsanitary conditions and fails to handle complaints properly is not worth visiting. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place unless you want to risk your health.

If I could, I would give this restaurant zero...
