We sat down at this restaurant on pub Street to just have a quick beer. But their iPad menu contain a gluten-free section. And since we cannot eat, gluten or dairy, this was an awesome revelation.

When traveling in a place like Siem Reap it is a revelation to find a place with a dedicated GF menu and extremely knowledgeable and conscientious staff. This made us feel very reassured that we would have a great dining experience.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is fantastic, with amazing lighting fixtures and decor. Don’t be put off by the hoard of Western tourist, apparently they recognize quality food when they see it.

The gluten-free menu had a mixture of Khmer dishes, as well as western dishes. And it was great to find a place that guaranteed gluten-free soy sauce and oyster sauce, and other key ingredients that usually are not gluten-free.

The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, and even verified that the deep fryer was single use for spring rolls.

This place was so great. We came back the second night to try some of their other dishes.

For someone who is gluten-free, I could not recommend a better experience. As well for someone who can eat all manner of food, the food here is just amazing. The flavors are subtle and infused with Asian flavor. This place...

Went for dinner with my husband. We ordered the chicken wings and pork spring rolls. The spring rolls were very good, but the wings were FANTASTIC! For the entree my hubby had the cashew chicken, which he enjoyed very much. I ordered the braised lamb, not so good. But upon speaking to the staff, they MORE than made up for the inconvenience. The manager , our waiter and another staff member were there within 1 minute to make it right. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoy such fantastic service in my life. To replace my lamb I requested another order of chicken wings ( they were that good!). The showed up within 1.5 minutes, hot and fresh. The bottom line is that not everything that comes out of the kitchen is perfect all the time, what matters is that the management and staff were immediately on top of the problem and fixed it promptly with kindness. They even gave us a cute little banana pudding free of charge. Mr. Leo was outstanding as our server 🙏. Can’t say enough about the service. I would definitely...

We had an amazing dinner at Mesa—easily the best food we’ve had during our time in Cambodia. The whole experience was spot on from the moment we arrived.

We were looked after by Pagoda, who gave us the best service we’ve had in a long time—super friendly, attentive, and just really genuine. We were greeted with cold towels, Cambodian tea, and some fresh watermelon which was such a nice touch after a hot day. They also brought over complimentary pineapple drinks, which were delicious.

We started with the crab spring rolls and chicken satay—both were packed with flavour. For mains we had the fish amok, beef cheek curry, and duck—all three were unreal. The portion sizes were way bigger than expected too, which was a nice surprise.

To finish, they brought out a complimentary dessert which was the perfect end to the meal. Honestly, everything was just really well done. Great vibe, amazing food, and incredible service from Pagoda.

Highly recommend if you’re...

This place came highly recommended by some locals, but I feel the taste was more suited towards tourists. Although the food was beautifully prepared and the free banana chips were tasty, I found the food we ordered was a bit bland. The spring rolls were the highlight of the night, nicely seasoned and lightly crisp. The duck was a bit bland for me, but the gravy sauce was filling. The fried noodles wasn't sweet or sour as described and the pamelo salad was probably ordered in the wrong season, but that was understandable. The happy hour of buy one get one was nice to have. The drinks were strong but had flavour and were pretty. Overall the service was lovely, the venue was modern and artistic, and the food was beautiful. If you are introducing Khmer food to someone or have a sensitive palette, then this is a good place to start. It's also one of the few restaurants on pub street that offer ac, just remember to go a bit early as it's quite popular and can fill up fast.
