Seriously has gone downhill in the last few months. We typically go there 3-5 times a week for the past 6 years. They always forget at least one part of the order, no matter how simple it is. If i get just a poutine, they don't add gravy. If i ask for no tomatoes on a burger, they add tomatoes. I ALWAYS ask for pepper in the bag and they only remember it 2 or 3 times a MONTH. We're actually convinced a couple ladies there don't know what pepper is, because they always look confused and just throw a handful of condiments into your food (in the actual food, not the brown bag all the food comes in) or just nothing at all. But the main reason I'm no longer going there is their pushy sales tactics. I say "that's everything! Loudly and firmly after ordering a single burger, they ask me if i want a combo, i say" NO! THAT IS EVERYTHING!" and they go ahead and ask you to add more food to the order for only a few dollars more. There's a 50/50 chance they re ask you everything and repeat the whole process right from the top, because they weren't actually entering your order in, just hoping they'd remember what you said. I wouldn't even care but it's typically a 15 to 30 minute process between getting in the line up and actually getting the food. It's always the same two ladies at the window when this all happens. When it's not the same two ladies, everything is usually pretty easy and takes about 7...

Wanted an uncle burger late one night, they told me they were out of uncle burger patties and the wait would be 30mins!! I asked why so long, they told me thats how long it takes to cook a patty! I literally laughed and said "youre joking right".... nope they were dead serious and stuck to that story!! I was still laughing when I drove away, someone didnt feel like cooking!!!

Another time I got a teen burger in drive thru, I could hear in the background there was an issue. Then when I paid there wasnt an issue anymore....... open my burger to find a couple scraps of bacon thrown on it. Guess they thought I wouldnt notice, again someone didnt feel like cooking!

I like the food here, and service is pleasant. However whenever I upgrade my fries to sweet potato fries, I get a small half container of chipotle sauce with it! At the very least you could give me a full container of sauce, as it never stretches far enough for all my fries. You would expect a full container of sauce for the upgrade cost of $2.50. Especially when you charge 70 cents for another half full container! Oh and I also feel the fries could be fried a little longer so that they are crispier and don’t get soggy so quickly as they lose heat. And the tomatoes, why is it 30 cents to half 1 small slice of tomato on my burger… makes no sense. With how much eating out costs nowadays, I would expect to get at very least enough sauce to...
