Usually, there are enthusiastic people working there and they listen to what the customer wants. Not this day, the person either was very tired or in no mood to listen to anyone. Ordered a bana split, with caramel instead of chocolate. First the banana was rotten on one end. There was just a hint of caramel and strawberry. When we asked her to put a bit more caramel is we couldn't see any caramel. She said I have put a lot already. Well that night our banana split was mainly vanilla ice cream, whipping cream and the rotten banana. There were a few drops of strawberry syrup and caramel stuck to the base in the end. I think staff needs another lesson in making the items presentable and how they are supposed to be served to...

Grew up always going to this location but unfortunately tonight it ruined my experience. They close at 11pm walked in at 10:45 to get a blizzard and burger to find out the till was closed already they where cleaning everything already closing down they had to ask someone if they can make it. Great I get it that it's almost closing time but don't tear down stuff until you're closed. You're open till 11pm which should mean you're ready to tend to customers till 11pm. Then lock the doors and tear down. I also work in retail and I know what it's like but we always tend to the customer until closing then do our clean up once we are closed. Unfortunately won't be going to this...

Finally got to the drive through window after a 14-16 minute wait. I pay , they hand me my very expensive blizzard and banana split. I sit for another 4-5 minutes, my ice cream turning into soup. I call them to the window, it’ll be another 5-6 minutes for my burger and chicken wrap. I ask for my money back on those items as my ice cream is not going to be ice cream by the time I get home 5 minutes away. After 3-4 minutes of explaining I want my money back, she finally relents gives me $5 something back and I drive away with $15 of melted ice cream. Burger and wrap still not ready. No apologies. Completely rude. Won’t ever go back!!!! Worst...
