Attention, CEO/Veer, Manager of Burger King on Sumas Way. I'm writing today to ask you to give the highest respect & commendations to an amazing professional, Harman.
Our experience with this great professional blows us away, beyond the most positive words...I know excellence when I see it.
I used to be a mystery shopper, in my earlier years. I had the grueling task of assessing & rating essential services workers with respect to their communication, interactions, performance & delivery of service with respect to customers.
With that said...Harman goes above & beyond the area of excellence. Her positive energy is amazing!!! She always cares about my son's special needs with his food requirements & she always makes sure that everything he needs is cooked specifically as his special needs requires.
She is a caring professional who takes the extra time to prepare my son's food with love and care ... You can taste it in the food...every time she's there, it always comes to him hot, fresh and mouth-watering deliciousness, ordered through the skip app.
We trust that Burger King will give her the respect that she deserves and the highest commendations for excellence in customer service, representing Burger King 110%, however most importantly... caring about us as customers and making Burger King the number one restaurant for his special needs.
For anyone reading this...we recommend you going to this amazing Burger King location...Go out & enjoy a plethora of great food & excellence in customer service, from an amazing professional, Harman!!
With gratitude & respect, Maria &...

The bun was so stale it could double as a doorstop. The toppings? I’m not sure what they were trying to achieve with that suspicious mayo, but I suspect it was an experiment gone wrong.
The fries were another disaster. They were limp and soggy, as if they had been sitting in a puddle for hours. I would’ve preferred a bag of chips from a gas station.
To top it all off, the service was shockingly indifferent. It felt like the staff had better things to do than serve food, and I can’t blame them.
In summary, if you’re looking for a burger experience that will leave you questioning your life choices, Burger King is the place for you. Just bring...
