The smoothie itself was just fine and my two kids loved their smoothies as well. It was only slightly busy and took a long time to get our order so we were in the store for some time. The issue I had with the store was not in the service or the drinks we got, it was with the very loud music playing while we waited. It was really loud and a lot of inappropriate language. While I'm not a prude and am totally okay listening to music like that in my home or at a friend's house, I felt it was rude considering the type of business and the fact that young kids were in the store. My kids heard f bombs loudly in every song that played, it was so loud it couldn't be ignored. Hopefully their music choices aren't as bad...

Sunday Feb 12/ 2023 mid morning visit around 11 am. They deserve 0 star on the all the following that a basic food establishment should have. Staff friendliness- 0 no smile , no hello, no thank you. (South Asian girl served us) Staff hygiene - 0 looked like she didn't even take shower, and kept yawning while taking our order. Product taste - 0 super bland, didn't put scoops all full, noticed her scamming us. Value - 0 $9 for a small size Cleaningness- 0 facility was dirty.

So I’ve noticed a common, kinda crooked practice. Here in Abbotsford, at the two different stores I’ve been to a number of times. They like to short you on the amount you get. Often leaving it at least 1/2-3/4 inches from the top. Then they’ll put the lid on, swirl it around a bit, so the drink hits the top of the lid, making it look full when lid is on. Watch carefully next time! They swirl the cup every single time I’ve had one!! And what’s the point of swirling the cup, other than to get drink to touch the lid? I mean, they’re pouring it directly from blender! What’s the little swirl gonna do for it?? Huge gimmick to short you...
