We first tried to order online but the site kept glitching and not acceptinh payment from either of our cards so we decided to call instead to place the order the person on the other end kept hanging up the phone and this took about 2-3 attempts before someone actually answers the phone. While ordering the girl who was on the other end seemed a bit rude and sounded like she just plainly didn't want to take orders. When my wife arrived to pick up the orders the girl completely messed on the orders we originally ordered 2 dinner for 1 which was supposed to two small pizza and salad 1 dessert and 2 sodas what we ended up was 2 medium pizzas and 2 large salads my wife complained to the manager but he seemed unapologetic with the whole thing and claimed he will give a "fantastic discount" it wasn't it was only 8 dollars off...the original order was only supposed to be 54.99 but was actually 86.03 we ended up spending more money then we originally intended. Tonight they went above and beyond even when they were not obligated to do so.
Last night I ordered from UberEats and was delivered food that was slightly over cooked and that surprised me as I have never had that issue at this location before. I then reached out to UberEats to resolve it and was just ran around in circles and was pretty much told to pound sand. I was devastated that UberEats treated me so badly.
I made the choice to call the store and ask for their advice on the situation.
Now normally you are directed to UberEats since that is who the order is placed though and I understand that one. Though the Manger that is working this evening went above and beyond and offered to remake the order from last night.
Not once did he have to and was more than willing to. This Boston Pizza gives you by far A++ Customer Service!
