I highly recommend buying furnitures from Fraser Furniture. The moment I stepped in their store I felt a very welcoming energy. I was greeted by the store owner himself, Sam, during my visit.

It all started from a random phone call one Saturday morning because I was looking to dress my newly bought home in Abbotsford with brand new furnitures. I didn’t know what I really wanted at the time and I didn’t know how it would look inside my new place. I asked Sam about their inventory as far as what they have and the pricing.

The thing that really took me by surprise is the fact that Sam isn’t just there to sell me furnitures. He was really listening to our needs by showing only the things that makes the most sense to us all the while working on the budget that we have.

He was very direct and a no non-sense guy. He asked about the dimension of my unit and I didn’t know the answer so he asked if he could physically come to my place to have a look and measure things out. This is when I knew he’s the real deal.

The rest is history.

PS. Let’s put it this way. My unit is small. I need lots of storage without killing the space. I told him we need to do a minimalistic approach. He definitely nailed everything.

We went here last week to buy a bedroom suite for my daughter. The service was great, the young lady that started helping us (1st day and she rocked it) was awesome. She took the time to listen and learn and didn’t try to upsell us. Eventually her “boss” (husband actually, so who really was the boss then ? 😂) came and helped her do the final deal. They were more than willing to bargain, and I’m a Dutchman, a bargain is a #1 requirement, but we worked out a great deal and it turns out “the boss” (Sam) really was the boss, as he was part owner in the business. I was able to do a great deal with him that saved my daughter a bunch of money. The furniture she chose was locally made of REAL wood, not particle board. It is a very pleasing design and they delivered and set the whole room up and took away the packaging too. If you’re looking for new furniture you will not be disappointed, shop local and get personable, old fashioned service with a smile and a handshake. Places like Ashley’s, Leon’s and The Brick haven’t got a hope of matching the pleasant experience we had at Fraser Furniture in Abbotsford. Keep your dollars in Canada with small local businesses instead of sending it to the large corporations outside of...

We passed by Fraser furniture on our way to look at a place in Abbotsford and my husband noticed and remembered the name of this place. For some reason, he remembered this again when it was time for us to purchase items for our new home. Whew! I'm glad he did. Sam said hi the minute we came in. Asked what we needed and left us alone to roam around. The minute we needed to ask our question, he was more than happy to come out of the office to accommodate us. And then left us alone again while we were waiting for my husband to come in with our daughter. From the minute my husband came in....Sam spoilt my husband big time :-) and helped reduce my stress (a lot) as I get overwhelmed when faced with choices. This is not one of those big furniture shops with cheap, medium and high end furniture, my kind of place! They only have quality inventories so not that many chances to choose and make a bad buying decision. I'm excited to see the items coming. As well, they offer affordable extended warranty .. and Sam again explained what the warranty covers.
