Freshslice Pizza — Restaurant in Abbotsford

I was getting pizza for my kids for dinner and my youngest insisted i go to the mall and order Freshslice instead of our usual pizza place. She said it's so good the best etc. I ordered a regular medium cheese to go, they kept asking what sauce i want i say the pizza sauce she says like tomatoes i say yes she kept asking are you sure i say yes. So i pay and all that and wait noticing how the pizza by the slice looks so good so i'm expecting my pizza to look good like that. While waiting the guy keeps looking at me weird like i shouldn't be standing there i really don't like that not one bit. Anyways i get it and leave box feels light. So i opened it and it's this very flat deflated pizza that looks like they used cheddar cheese on instead of mozzarella and so little that the cheese it almost burned on to the thing. Other daughter yelled what is this and refused to eat it the one who wanted it didn't eat it. Than says i don't know why it's like that it's supposed to be different. How refreshing to not only get the food that I paid for but get it on time with a smile and from people who are clearly eager to make sure that their customers leave excited to return for more! I feel like Ive traveled back in time…. back to the olden days when customer service was a thing!!!! I’m glad somebody has not forgotten about it!!! I went in to pick up an order of one Pizza abut they offered me another for only $6, then another for free because the order was cancelled. they also gave me frisbees and homemade dipping sauce so that more people could smile when they think of FRESH SLICE and the crew at this location . I have had several unbelievably horrific experiences with another location in town… Parm didn’t even know about that yet he still made sure I no longer get heart palpitations when I think of fresh slice pizza, I’m actually excited to write this and to come back!!!! I would give them a negative 5 if I could. I am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated. I ordered two slices of pepperoni which they only had three left, the lady put the two in the oven, then a man behind me ordered three slices of pepperoni (man was a mall employee from sport chek, and shame on him because he knew he was taking my pizza as it was happening and didn’t say a word) so the man working the cash register said to the lady to put a third slice in for the man who was behind me and told me sorry we are now out of pepperoni. I said excuse me? I was here first and I ordered first and the man at the till completely ignored me as if I wasn’t there, so I said it again two more times and he completely ignored me, the lady putting the pizza in the oven just shrugged her shoulders!!
