OPA! of Greece Sevenoaks Mall — Restaurant in Abbotsford

We felt a bit hungry while walking in the Sevenoaks Mall and decided to hit the Food Court. OPA! caught our eye, but there was no one at the counter. There was a note about something not being available that I read just in case it was informing us that they were closed. By and by a lady appeared and asked what we would like. We decided on the Olympus Bowls, one with rice and shrimp and the other with fries and lamb. We handed over a gift card we had, but that seemed to confuse the teller. By and by she got help and we grabbed our drink and went to sit and wait for our food. After a while we saw the order was up and I brought it over to the table. We were not disappointed in the food at all. Our verdict is that, for C$20, two can get a very nice meal from OPA!....

What an awful customer service. I work in the mall. I had 30 minutes break. I went to get food there. Stood there for about 2-3 minutes and the girl is working on her stuff and didn't bother saying hi or taking my order. Then, they laughing and made me feel like she doesn't wanna take my order. Then the next customer Just ordered a drink, they started laughing at how small the order was. The girls were speaking punjabi and customer had no idea what they are talking about but you can tell she felt uncomfortable. Worst customer service. I was finally able to get my wrap after 20 minutes. Train the employees how to behave. Never...
