New York Fries Sevenoaks — Restaurant in Abbotsford

I love New York Fries. Are they pricey, yes but do you get a decent amount yes. Do I wish you got more gravy or cheese sauce or meat yeah. But if your getting multiple items your getting a lot I struggle to eat a large to myself unless I haven't eaten all day. The food is great and the service is amazing they are friendly and helpful. Today I ordered poutine swap out the cheese curds for nacho cheese sauce and they gave me a decent amount of sauce.

What I think you should do is put half fries in put gravy and whatever other sauces on then the other half of fries and repeat plus toppings. If that can be a thing. If not then people can get extra.

Usually good staff and service...Wednesday, August 29th not so. The cashier was fine. No complaints. The fry cook was not mentally present. He moved items from my tray to another customer's, which was quickly corrected by the cashier. Then he forgot a side order, which was quickly corrected by the cashier again. I told him the napkin dispenser was empty and he parroted my words back to me in the form of a question and ignored me. I waited for a few minutes watching him do nothing, then asked if he had any plan to do something about the empty dispenser. He said nothing...gave me a couple of napkins and turn his back to me. Patrick, the manager.. can’t train young kids properly. Some young kids going for their first jobs are scared, learning and learn differently. This man Patrick will fire your child after a few weeks. “We are ending our time together with New York fries” learning differences are not considered with this person. Your child’s self esteem and complex will be tarnished. New York fries..If you are hiring young kids with zero experience, find different ways to train them! Not every child learns one way! How disgusting. I wish u could give this company in our community a zero stars but google doesn’t allow it. Shame on you New York Fries. Your managers needs better training on diversity in the work place!...
