There are several things that this location does that merits these 5 stars and causes it to surpasses in ranks compared to the other locations.
The first is the owner or manager, this wonderful woman truly understand the meaning of putting customers interests first. She is very sweet and kind hearted and it is always a pleasure to interact with her. She always tries her best to create a friendly atmosphere and have a rapport with the customers. It is astonishing how many names, orders and stories she remembers based on peoples faces.
The second is the service itself created by employees. Always hard at work and with a smile on their faces, regardless of the long lineups they must deal with or the nasty customers that come with them. They strive their best to continue their work with a happy demeanor and care. The reason for this review is because of an interaction I had today. Though everyone at this location is absolutely INCREDIBLE and does their work with great focus and dedication I was taken aback by my interaction with Luwam. She spoke with me as though we were best friends and I have known her my whole life. Her smile was so friendly its difficult for a person to not want to replicate it.
Though we still have to work on the spelling of my name, apologies for the difficulty. I will always try to avoid doing mobile orders so that I can continue having these interactions with the employees at this location so that it may brighten my day as well.

Read moreI went in twice now and each time it has been poor customer service. The last time I went in some merchandise was on sale and had a percent off. I picked up that particular cup and asked the associate at the counter what the final price would be. After a few minutes I decided to get the item. When I approached the staff were having a conversation so I patiently waited until they finished and once she came she told me the earlier price she gave me was not valid. I asked for a clarification as I stated I asked you and you asked your manager on duty why is it not valid, she gave me no answer and asked me if I wanted to purchase it. I purchased the item and asked to purchase a bag. When I asked for my receipt and bag she threw the receipt at me and left the bag by the monitor which I had to over reach to get. Read moreI don't normally leave bad reviews but this time I felt moved to in hopes the manager of this store will see and will change the way she speaks to her customers. I had a co worker to go get some water for some fellow Co workers including myself since she was already going there to buy herself a coffee and after she received her coffee she asked the barista (the manager of the store) if she could have some water and the barista told her if she wanted water she would have to get back in line because she's holding up the line... so she does just that and after she gets to the front and requests water, the other barista responds in a very polite manner but before she could get them, the manager had already prepared them and as she handed them off, she once again blurted out "sorry hun but you're holding us up".
