McDonald's — Restaurant in Abbotsford

This is horrendous service. I am here right now anf so far, I was given rotten lettuce and whe i asked to replace the burgers they gave me a problem and said it looked fine. I had to pick up the lettuce and ask if it looked green to her. Finally it was replaced. There was another customer that had a mobile order and she watched her order sit on the counter for 7 minutes only to be told, sorry for the wait and no explanation as to why it had not to given to her. The mcdonalds employee called out the number for the customer that she had told her order was complete and the customer already left. Another customer had been given the wrong sandwich and when asked to replace it she was given a hard time until the employee finally agreed to fix their mistake. Two other people were waiting for 15 for a cup for a fountain drink and a smoothie only to find out that they were not able to make the smoothie and now had been waiting only for an empty cup. genuinely so infuriating and disappointing every single time absolutely do not go here not only do they make you wait a minimum of 15 minutes even when you placed an online order earlier to avoid that problem so that it would be ready when you get there they half the time never even give you the right items you end up waiting your entire break or a huge chunk of your free time for the wrong food the workers just stay there and talk or we’ll get other people‘s things. Super slow service.!! Ordered 2 coffees and a muffin. Took 10 minutes and there was only 1 person ahead of me. The person after me got their order first. One of my coffees sat at the back getting cold while i was waiting for them to remember to make the other. The cups were very sticky and dirty so i asked for another cup. The girl proceeds to slowly pick at the sticker so i wouldn't get an extra one! 😂 Wow! 10 minutes of me waiting and you're going to pick at the sticker!
