So disappointed that this business has decided to change the way they do there pizza 🍕 instead of putting the barbecue sauce on the dough as they've always done , they now drizzle it over the top , which in turn has made there dough taste so dry , the sauce on the dough creates a moisture that the dough needs , its changed the taste as you choke down dry dough 😪 its definitely not as good as it was before . Not a smart move at all . I even asked if I could have it, put on the dough and was told ' no ' , thats so ridiculous , so how does that work with building a pizza with the toppings that you want on it . And that's not all , you can't get jalapinos either anymore ' on the pizza or on the side ' or banana peppers 🤔 As a consumer I would like to be part of your decision of changing menu items , after all Im the one buying it and consuming it ! I've noticed more businesses doing this . The higher up thinks it's a good idea, ultimately for the pocket book , but doesn't ask the consumer what we think , and if it tastes okay , and if we would still buy it . Huge mistake !!!! I've been a dedicated customer for 30 years or more , and also worked for this company. I'll be looking for a new pizza location 😪 not really what I want to do , but what I'm being forced to do . Sadly we will watch another business go down hill . I thought businesses were all about customer satisfaction, but apparently not , only our money is important now . Signed a very...
Read moreThere is no issue with the store itself. Panago as a whole just made an awful decision, in my opinion. I have been celiac for over 10 years now, and panago was the first gluten-free crust I LOVED. Good size (medium where most was small), amazing taste, all for a reasonable price! Also, hands down, best white sauce a pizzeria has made 👌 So, to my surprise, when I ordered one month, my pizza tasted like someone added WAY too much yeast. I'm talking nasty, couldn't even finish my pizza taste. Call the center to make sure they didn't change the crust or accidently give me the wrong one. They said they didn't and that they'd send me a new pizza. I was skeptical since it would be coming from the same store (wondering if it was a bad batch shipment as they don't make the dough in store for gluten-free) and sure enough my pizza tasted the same. Fast forward a month or so, I order again thinking they must have gone through the "bad batch," but unfortunately, my pizza tasted the exact same. Instead of calling the center, I went to the store. They told me that the call center was mistaken and that panago indeed changed their gluten-free crust source! I am so disappointed 😞. Panagos website doesn't even mention the change in their "new ingredients section"
I hope I'm not the only one who noticed this difference and didn't like it!

Read moreI ordered a pizza online for my friends and I and apparently spicy pineapple is a new option. I tried to explain that I hadn't know it was a new option so I didn't think twice to check if it was a different type of pineapple. My partner is allergic to spicy foods and cannot eat the pizza and I dislike spicy foods on pizza. So I wasted money on something neither of us can or will eat. Before I could even finish talking the "help" worker hung up on me and said since I ordered it online it was my fault. Not only was there an issue with the pizza but it took 15 minutes for the delivery driver of trying to find my place before I finally had to go outside my apartment to meet him after calling with him three times and explaining how exactly to get to my door. Overall wasn't a good experience and I can't recommend...
