Attention:manager-CEO of pizza hut.I would really appreciate this message getting to the CEO.We have been receiving deliveries from the south Fraser Pizza Hut in Abbotsford for many years & we were beyond pleased & content because we always received the highest experience of excellence provided to us by “the amazing Helen”.My son and I call Helen this, even though we don’t know her outside of Pizza Hut.She’s “Amazing”because she always represents Pizza Hut-above and beyond excellence.There isn’t one job in this restaurant that Helen couldn’t do,because we’ve seen her take charge, when the team was feeling overwhelmed at one time.Her smile & her presence,along with helping & understanding-she’s intelligent & great!In my previous position as a mystery shopper-I advised companies after assessing particular places about the amazing professionals as Helen.The companies provided those employees with the respect and commendation and promotions that they deserved & We hope that Helen receives the same recognition and respect. I trust that the manager,whom is such a great leader & an amazing professional,will highly commend Helen for how hard she really works.She should be highly commended and promoted, after all these amazing years of excellence in customer service.She’s more than a “permanent fixture”.An amazing human being- is respectful, uplifting, great at selling and promoting great things to help us as customers and most of all, she’s authentic and kind and really cares about us as customers.A great professional!Kudos& respect to our amazing driver,who we enjoy seeing for our deliveries-for he always provides us with hot food-prompt service-excellence,kindness,and so much more.I trust that you will highly commend him on being so excellent,as we really appreciate him.Please tell him I apologize for forgetting his name,as I recently had an accident that caused a traumatic brain...

We request that you give the highest respect and commendations to an absolutely great professional, Sukhman.

We called Pizza Hut today with very special instructions for a skip order, as my son had an operation on his throat and he can only have food that is made fresh to order, soft, saucy and very special instructions.

Sukhman really cared about my son's situation and he made everything to absolute perfection... The food consisted of a five piece chicken strip with dip & a 6xl big New Yorker Pizza, made with special instructions and absolutely followed to a t.

Sukhman is a great listener, great communicator.. he is kind, professional, respectful and he truly represents Pizza Hut over and above the realm of excellence in customer service and so much more.. my son said "he truly is the best and my son really appreciates how much he cared about his meal today and the special instructions"... We truly need more great professionals like, Sukhman... He represents Pizza Hut 110%, but most importantly he truly cares about his customers special needs and we really appreciate him.. we trust that you will give him the highest recognition and hopefully a raise for being the great professional that he truly is!

For anyone other than Pizza Hut who is reading this post today, we highly recommend Pizza Hut as the best restaurant in abbotsford, British Columbia... The food is made with love, care and respect...hot, fresh to order & delicious... Go out and get it now, or order online for delivery.. amazing!!!

I walked into this place for a pizza lunch! I wanted to dine in and perhaps order the lunch Buffet. I discover that the Dine in is Closed. I ask why and I am met with a very rude and sarcastic " Covid"... This was on Feb 15, 2023, at roughly 1pm in the afternoon Pretty much all restrictions have been removed on Restaurants in the Province of British Columbia for some considerable time now! When I said that the covid restricts where over and have been for some time I was just rudely laughed at. This sounds to me like the staff do not know how to give the proper service to paying customers! You know I was not not gonna say anything but the staffs sarcastic laughter. Oh yeah This location deserves every bit of my negative review but not because of the food it is because of the lack of friendly service! I am also gonna comment about the online ordering app which is confusing as can be even to the most experienced. Listen Up Pizza Hut Head Office , if the staff are rude and will not allow dine in based on wishy washy antique nonsense! Along with well below useful ordering app! WHY ... JUST WHY would I bother to order from Pizza Hut? I mean ANY Pizza Hut! Unless I get a satisfactory response from Head Office within two weeks I will NEVER bother with Pizza Hut ever again anywhere. Loosing me as a customer also means you will loose many other customers. I also want a full written apology from the rude staff that also laughed with a promise that it will never happen again.
