I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but what happened at this restaurant was completely unacceptable. One of the workers was incredibly rude — not only did he ignore us when we tried to get our order, but he actually flipped us off. Yes, flipped us off. We were shocked. This kind of disrespectful behavior has no place in any business. I’d highly recommend avoiding this place until they get their customer service in order.

Firstly, the coupon in question was not clearly explained to us at the time of ordering. We genuinely believed it was for chicken burgers, and if there was a misunderstanding, it could have easily been resolved through a simple and polite conversation. Instead, we felt ignored when we tried to explain our side, and unfortunately, that is what escalated the situation.

Regarding the serious allegation of inappropriate or discriminatory language, we want to be very clear — we absolutely do not support or condone racism or abuse in any form. If anything we said was interpreted that way, we sincerely apologize, as that was never our intention. However, we also want to highlight that the interaction became heated only after we felt disrespected and dismissed by your staff. The response we received did not reflect the fairness or professionalism your statement claims to stand for.

First, the milkshake. A chalice of vanilla nectar—cool, thick, and sweet—fit for a weary traveler parched from the sands of suburban commerce. I drank, and lo, I was reborn. But alas! My husband, noble and true, did sip his chocolate potion and frowned with the despair of a widowed knight. “Is this chocolate?” quoth he, gazing into the depths of the cup as though answers might rise like a ghost from the swirl. “Nay,” he whispered. “This tastes not of cocoa but of betrayal.” I held him as one holds a soldier fallen in battle, shaken by lactose and grief.

Next: the yam fries. O, yam fries! What soggy sirens ye were—promising golden crispness, only to land like wilted scrolls upon our tongues. A price most foul was paid for this tuberous treachery. Ten dollars? For what? For the soft sadness of a root vegetable that hath given up?

I like to leave very honest, and detailed reviews. I'll start by saying the Milkshake is GREAT. Absolutely loved it my only complaint with the shake is that every picture I see on the menu and website the milkshake had whipped cream and a cherry on top so when mine didn't have that I'll admit I was a little disappointed. I did ask for a double cheeseburger and only got a single and my meal (burger fries shake) came out to 21 dollars, I did decline the receipt so can't say for sure if he charged me for the double or not. That being said it's a little pricey for what you get but not too bad. The burger is kinda small, fries are an okay portion. As far as flavors the milkshake was the star of the show here, if I were to come back It would likely be only for the shake because I did really enjoy it. I don't see where some reviews say best burger in town because if I'm being totally honest for me it misses that mark by a long shot, same with the "#1 rated fries" the fries were good don't get me wrong but if you boast #1 and don't deliver on that it's a bit disappointing. All in all I'm not saying this place is bad and I'm not saying it's great. It's a very mid shelf kind of burger joint and that's okay.
